Dr. Parks is a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated with a BS in Animal Science at the University of Arizona in 2002. She was born and raised in Lewistown, PA and is the owner of 2 dogs (a pug named Phoebe and an English bulldog named Ruger), 3 cats (Panthro, Mouse and Sewki) and an African Grey parrot named Maxwell. Dr. Parks volunteers for the Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic, is a member of the the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association as well as the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
Kim Ferretti, DVM
Dr. Ferretti may be a familiar face to you because she was one of the first veterinarians at CPVETS when we opened. We are so happy to have her back on our team! She earned her B.S. in Biology at James Madison University in 1996, followed by her D.V.M. at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Between her degrees, she worked in the veterinary field as an emergency technician in the Washington, D.C. area for six years. Upon graduating from veterinary school, she moved to the central Pennsylvania area. Her veterinary interests include Neurology, Ophthalmology, and Clinical Pathology. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Ferretti enjoys reading, movies, traveling, and sports – especially the New York Yankees. She lives in Milheim with her son, a cat named Fletch, and three hounds - Dexter, Penny Lane, and Stanford Blatch.
Tracy Haines, DVM
Dr. Haines is a 2012 Graduate of Western University of Healthy Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine. She was born and raised in the Lock Haven area. Prior to veterinary school Dr. Haines worked as a small animal & emergency licensed technician for 4 years in the Mill Hall area. Dr. Haines currently owns one crazy dog, Ginger! She is an older mix breed that still acts like a puppy. Dr. Haines also has a young cat, as well as a 17 year old that she has raised since he was 4 weeks old. Midnight is the King of the house and keeps the dog in line!
Devon Graham, DVM
Dr. Graham is a 2016 graduate of St. George's University, school of veterinary medicine with her clinical year completed at Auburn University. She earned her B.S. in Animal BioScience at Penn State in 2011. She earned her CVT license in 2005 and worked in emergency care (at CPVETS) and mixed practice. Dr. Graham grew up in Easton, Pa and had many critters, including a horse. She currently resides with a recently adopted cat (Mittens Kittens), 2 geriatric dachshunds (Molly, JD) and a crazy island mutt known as a pothound (Calabash, Bash for short). Interests include, emergency care, ultrasound and internal medicine. She is a member of AVMA, PVMA, AAHA and VECCS.
Erin Luley, VMD
Dr. Luley is a 2014 graduate of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining CPVETS, she worked in a mixed animal practice. Dr Luley is a native of Mechanicsburg, PA and received her B.S. in Animal Science from Penn State. Dr. Luley is completing a Masters in Public Health degree, and is interested in connections between animal health and human health. Her other interested include ultrasound and surgery. In her spare time, you will find Dr. Luley at the pool, hiking or spending time with Gonzo, her retired racing greyhound. Dr. Luley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.
